Through an interesting chain of events a figurine came into my possession. I wasn’t immediately drawn to the statuette but it eventually attracted my interest. I decided to bring it along on my journey as my travel companion. However, some modifications were needed.
Before: the strong, grounded woman is supporting a male figure emanating from her arms, she is attempting to kiss him and he turns his head, her kiss lands on his cheek. He feels heavy and burdensome, a weight, a responsibility. She must be set free.
Release: with the proper tools she is soon free of the obstacle before her!
Final touches: the remaining rough edges are sanded off and a little paint added to heal the open wounds, she is complete.
Travel ready: her name is Dea – meaning goddess. She and I will venture where my heart intuitively leads, I am not alone.
Left behind: the blocking figure was left behind, “planted” in the gardens.
Special thanks to Mom and Dad – I’m grateful for your assistance releasing Dea to allow her to be open and receptive to all the great offerings of the universe. This process was releasing for me; removing the blockage in front of Dea represents letting go of all the things I’ve been holding for so long. I’m ready to travel and lovingly accept the experiences that are unfolding.
Love it! Enjoy your journey to the fullest!!!
